Things the camera missed...
Cameras can capture behavior, but in the classroom, behind that behavior are living individuals with vibrant, real lives. It is only when these genuine thoughts and feelings are expressed and empathetically listened to that the underlying causes of violence and tension can truly be addressed and transformed.

"Empathy Listening"
Empathic listening is a crucial aspect of Emotional Education practice, as it aims to foster understanding in human relationships. Preschool teachers implement empathic listening techniques in schools to promote harmony in both personal lifestyles and relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
During Harmony Day, you will have the opportunity to participate in a registered activity where you can sit with a teacher practicing SEL. This experience will allow you to feel the impact of being listened to empathically for a period of 30 minutes.
Exhibition
The Story of Kindergarten Teachers
The exhibition unveils the stories, thoughts, reflections, and joys of preschool teachers who nurture young children.
Here, Harmony Day invites you to stroll along the green path, immersing yourself in the untold narratives of preschool teachers. These stories reflect the deep emotional connections they develop after spending days and hours living and building relationships with the children at school—experiences that cannot be captured by any camera.

"Understanding to Love"
Have you ever visited a preschool? And if you have, did you have the opportunity to sit back and engage in conversations with "unnamed characters" such as the security guard, the cook, the nurse, and others, about their experiences in caring for the children in preschool every day?
If not, the installation exhibition called "Understanding and Loving" will provide you with that experience. It simulates the environment of an imaginary preschool, featuring models of characters that represent everyday life in a kindergarten setting.
Here, you will have the chance to listen to real voices and share in the genuine and everyday reflections of the cook, the nurse, the receptionist, the school owner, the security guard, and others. They will share memorable experiences and insights that come from their views.
